# Mini XP FAQ

#### What is Fuyo XP?

Fuyo XP is Fuyo’s reward and progression points system. It is designed to track and reward meaningful user activity on the platform over time.

Fuyo XP is separate from leaderboard ranking. Leaderboard score determines position, while XP is the reward layer for progression, consistency, and ecosystem benefits.

#### What is the use of Fuyo XP?

Fuyo XP is used to:

* reward active participation
* encourage daily return behavior
* reinforce streaks and consistency
* make the product feel more rewarding beyond pure P\&L
* power future rewards, levels, status, access, and ecosystem perks
* help players to progress on Fuyo

In short, Fuyo XP turns everyday activity into visible progression and long-term user value.

There will a seasonal airdrop campaigns to reward Fuyo XP users. So, the more user collect Fuyo XP, the bigger future incentives will be.

#### Is Fuyo XP the same as leaderboard score?

No. Fuyo XP is separate from leaderboard score. Leaderboard score determines rank. XP is the reward system.

#### When is XP calculated?

XP is calculated per user, per UTC day, from resolved trades only.

#### Do open trades count for XP?

No. Only resolved trades count.

#### What is the minimum trade size for XP?

A trades must be at least $1 USD to count for XP.

#### How does Base XP work?

Base XP starts from the square root of your trade size, multiplied by that market’s XP multiplier.

#### Why use square root?

It gives diminishing returns, so larger trades earn more XP without scaling unfairly.

#### What is Hold Bonus?

Hold Bonus gives +10% XP on markets where you did not flip to the opposite side during the same UTC day.

#### What is an active streak day?

A day is active if your eligible daily volume is at least $1 USD.

#### What is Streak Bonus?

Streak Bonus gives extra XP based on consecutive active days.

#### What is Daily Bonus?

If your eligible daily volume reaches the required threshold, you get a fixed extra reward of 10 XP.

#### Is there a daily XP limit?

Yes. The maximum is 1,000 XP per UTC day.

#### Why do later trades earn less XP?

To reduce spam trading and bot farming. After 30 eligible trades in a day, XP per trade starts decreasing.
