# Fuyo XP

## Fuyo XP Explained

> **Fuyo XP is Fuyo’s daily reward points system.**

{% hint style="info" %}
It is separate from leaderboard ranking. Leaderboard score decides rank. XP is the reward layer for participation, consistency, and conviction.

#### What is Fuyo XP?

Fuyo XP is designed to reward users who trade meaningfully and return consistently.

In simple terms, Fuyo XP rewards:

* active participation
* meaningful trade size
* staying consistent day after day
* conviction in your market view

It is not designed to reward spammy behavior, tiny-trade farming, or unlimited grinding in a single day.

**Important: XP is separate from leaderboard rank**
{% endhint %}

It is important to understand that XP and leaderboard score are not the same thing.

* Leaderboard score determines your ranking
* Fuyo XP is the reward system and it is on-chain (opBNB)

So a user can think of XP as their daily progression and reward points, while leaderboard score is a separate competitive metric.

Note: Streak bonuses mentioned here apply to XP only, not leaderboard ranking.

#### When Fuyo XP is counted

Fuyo calculates XP:

* per user
* per UTC day
* from resolved trades only

This means Fuyo does not count trades that are still open or unsettled.

A trade only affects your XP once it has been resolved.

#### UTC day timing

Each XP day follows UTC time:

* day start: 00:00 UTC
* day end: next 00:00 UTC

Only trades resolved inside that UTC window count toward that day’s XP.

> Note: If you placed a trade earlier but it resolves later, the XP belongs to the day it resolved, not the day you placed it.

***

#### What qualifies for XP?

A trade counts for XP only if all of these are true:

* the trade is resolved
* the trade resolved inside the target UTC day
* the trade amount is at least $1 USD

#### Minimum eligible trade size

The minimum eligible size is:

**$1 USD**

If a trade is below $1 USD:

* it earns no XP
* it does not count toward streak activity
* it does not help qualify for Daily Bonus

{% hint style="success" %}
Highlighted note: Tiny trades below $1 USD do not count for XP. This helps prevent trivial bot farming Fuyo XP.
